What PreBuyIQ is
We help used-car buyers make sense of listings, history reports, inspections, photos, service records, and seller notes before they buy. Upload the evidence; get a clear buy, negotiate, or walk-away recommendation.
What PreBuyIQ is not
This is not a vehicle certification, appraisal, warranty, safety inspection, or guarantee of future condition.
Our reports are based on information provided by you and available reference information. You should still obtain a professional inspection before purchase. We are buyer-side only and do not accept dealer commissions or kickbacks.
Your responsibility for what you submit
You provide the inputs — URLs, uploads, documents, photos, screenshots, and notes. By submitting them you confirm:
I confirm that I am providing these documents, screenshots, links, and vehicle materials for my own pre-purchase diligence and that I have the right to submit them for analysis.
PreBuyIQ analyzes what you submit for your own private diligence. We do not bulk-scrape third-party sites, republish their content, or resell their data.
Accounts
Sign-in is by emailed link — no password. You are responsible for the security of your email account. You can change your email, export your data, or delete your account at any time from Settings.
Payments
Paid reports are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. Because reports are delivered digitally and prepared for you specifically, they are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service — no automated scraping of PreBuyIQ, no attempts to overload or break it, no submitting content you have no right to submit, and no unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that do.
Limitation of liability
PreBuyIQ is decision-support, provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for purchase decisions you make, for the condition or value of any vehicle, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
